it’s time to come clean, everyone. after 23 years, NU107 is finally closing shop. we’re sorry it took so long for us to confirm this. we were hoping for a miracle,i guess. 

so just hear this and then we’ll go. you gave us more to live for, more than you’ll ever know. :)

i am in love with tara mcpherson. i have both her books, tons of her toys, two t-shirts with her designs, a number of signed postcard prints and two magazines with her on the cover. 

she is my favorite illustrator. when i customized my NikeID i based the colors on her palette. 

my most treasured tara mcpherson item is a signed poster for a show of one of my favorite bands, sleater-kinney. it hangs, framed, on the corner of my room. didn’t think i’d ever replace it. what could be better than my favorite illustrator doing a poster for one of my favorite bands, right?
